The 2023 Best Accounting Firms for Women
ShareShareShareShareShare

Each year, Accounting Today recognizes the 100 Best Firms to Work For in the U.S. — and then picks the 10 Best Firms for Women from among those based on the responses of their female staff to a comprehensive employee survey.

Meet these female-friendly workplaces below, and learn more about what sets them apart in our feature story.

Criteria: Firms are selected from Accounting Today’s 2022 Best Firms to Work For. They must have a minimum of 15 women, regardless of firm size, while those with more than 60 employees must have a minimum of 25% women. The female response rate to the employee survey of the Best Firms to Work For program must be greater than or equal to 40% (80% for employers with less than 25 women), and firms must have an 80% average positive response for women.
