Brian Surratt was elected managing partner at Lavine, Lofgren, Morris & Engelberg, San Diego. Surratt joined the firm in 2003 and worked there for 10 years before venturing out to establish Aztec Accountancy Group, Inc., and then returning to LLME in 2019 as a tax partner. In other firm news, Erin Carlson and Victor Shlionsky were elevated to the tax partnership.
