Here are some ways in which organizations—driven by their HR teams—can foster a culture of adaptability in 2025:

To cultivate truly adaptable teams, organizations must prioritize continuous learning at every level. This means equipping employees with the latest technological and industry knowledge while fostering essential skills like communication, empathy, self-awareness, and a growth mindset. A survey from LinkedIn Learning found that 94% of U.S. workers would stay with a company longer if it invested in their learning and development.
