- When it comes to tracking and managing employee time, senior leaders are confident with what we do.
- We’re still waiting on mobile versions of key HR systems, but no one seems to mind — much.
- Change? Bring it on. We’ve got documented processes to help us adapt to anything impacting our employees.
- Payroll is probably our HR team’s biggest time suck.
- Our health and wellness benefits constantly change because we’re always looking to reduce costs.
- Our workforce planning is based on detailed data, not hunches or tea leaves.
- We rely on Google and YouTube for most of our HR tech support and guidance.
- We’re serious when it comes to efficiently managing absences and leaves, as well as creating positive employee experiences.
- Turnaround times for new, non-standard reports can take a few days – or maybe weeks. It’s hard to know.
- There’s a lot of talk about tracking skills development, but it’s not a priority yet.
