Brady Martz adds Banker’s Compliance Consulting

Brady Martz, a Top 100 Firm based in Grand Forks, North Dakota, is expanding its financial institutions services by adding Banker’s Compliance Consulting, headquartered in Central City, Nebraska, effective March 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Brady, Martz & Associates ranked No. 91 on Accounting Today‘s 2025 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $69.99 million in annual revenue, over 50 partners, more than 380 employees and seven offices. Brady Martz was founded in 1927 and has nine offices throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Texas.

Banker’s Compliance Consulting dates back to 1993 and provides on- and off-site compliance reviews, consultation and other resources, including webinars and training sessions.

“This addition marks a significant step forward in strengthening our capabilities and expanding the services we deliver to the financial institutions industry,” said Brady Martz CEO Stacy DuToit in a statement Thursday. “Banker’s Compliance Consulting adds exceptional regulatory insight, a respected industry presence, and a client-centered approach that mirrors our own. We are excited to welcome their talented team to Brady Martz and to elevate the level of support we can offer financial institutions throughout the region and beyond.”

Banker’s Compliance Consulting has employees in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin, with 13 people listed on its website.

“Joining Brady Martz marks an exciting new chapter for our organization,” said Banker’s Compliance Consulting president David Dickinson in a statement. “Our shared commitment to quality, education and practical guidance for financial institutions makes this a natural fit. We look forward to serving our clients with the same level of expertise and personalized support, while benefiting from the expanded resources and collaborative environment of Brady Martz.”

Last year, Brady Martz added Green & Miller, based in Corinth, Texas.
