Audit and assurance services contributed 45% of global revenue, followed by tax at 23%, advisory (consulting, financial advisory and sustainability) at 21%, and outsourcing at 11%. The Top 10 Firm reported growth across all regions, although last September, the firm reported U.S. revenue growth of 4% to $2.24 billion in 2025, down from recent years, according to its 2025 integrated report.

“Our financial results reflect the trust of our clients, the strength of our people, and the relevance of our choices,” said Hervé Hélias, chairman of the Forvis Mazars global network board, in a statement Tuesday. “More than ever, our ability to offer seamless cross-border services as a global team sets us apart, helping our clients navigate complexity, manage risk, and seize opportunities amid unprecedented levels of uncertainty and disruption worldwide. By continuing to invest in the quality of our service, technology, and talent, we are positioning Forvis Mazars to support clients not only with today’s challenges but also helping them prepare confidently for what’s next. The rise of AI and digital platforms is creating a new need for independent oversight. Audit and assurance, which represents 45% of our business globally, had a particularly strong year, delivering double-digit growth. Looking ahead, the need for rigorous, independent assurance is only going to grow in this digital, regulatory, and sustainability-driven environment. Forvis Mazars is perfectly placed to support clients in this area.”

Forvis and Mazars restructured in June 2025 to create a global accounting network now called Forvis Mazars. Forvis was formed only two years previously through the merger of two Top 20 Firms, BKD CPAs & Advisors and Dixon Hughes Goodman. with a combined $5 billion in revenue, 40,000 employees and nearly 1,800 partners in 103 different countries. Last year, the global firm reported combined revenue of $5.2 billion in 2025.

“Our growth over the last year underscores the momentum we have established together across the U.S. and around the world,” said Rob Pruitt, vice chairman of the Forvis Mazars global network board, in a statement. “The confidence our clients place in us every day is driven by our commitment to deliver an unmatched experience that enables clients to make informed decisions in an increasingly challenging environment. This next era demands longevity, reliability, and a global perspective. Forvis Mazars is built for exactly that. With a worldwide team operating as one, we are focused on helping clients move forward with confidence, clarity, and readiness for the future.”
