The deal expands the service offerings of Adams Brown and HCT, including managed IT, cybersecurity, network penetration testing, vCIO services and technology consulting.

“Our clients have always counted on us to be here when something is not working,” Mike Meyer, owner of HCT, said in a statement. “This move gives them the same people they already know, with more teammates, more tools and more specialized support behind us when the issue calls for it.”

Meyer will remain actively involved in the firm’s operations, and HCT clients will continue working with the same local team.

Adams Brown, based in Wichita, Kansas, is an Accounting Today Midwest Regional Leader. It reported $61 million in revenue, with 22 partners and over 380 employees across 18 offices. Adams Brown Technology Specialists is the firm’s regional IT services provider serving companies across Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and the surrounding regions.

In December 2025, Adams Brown added Stafford & Westervelt, Chartered, also in Parsons.

“Most business owners do not want to spend their day thinking about IT,” Chris Schneider, CEO of Adams Brown Technology Specialists, said in a statement. “They want their systems to work, their people to get help when they need it and someone looking ahead so the same problems do not keep showing up. That is where our teams are aligned.”
