CrossCountry is a business advisory and technology solutions firm based in Washington, D.C. The deal expands its Salesforce practice, strengthens its lead-to-cash and revenue operations, and improves its ability to serve clients, particularly private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
The DCS deal adds over 60 employees to the firm, and the expanded Salesforce practice will be led by DCS cofounders and managing partners Ben Hatten and Erin Hatten. Utilizing artificial intelligence, the team will support clients across the full revenue cycle, including customer relationship management strategy, Salesforce implementation, Configure Price Quote, revenue cloud, lead-to-cash optimization and commercial analytics.
“Salesforce has become the leading platform for how companies manage and grow their businesses — from customer acquisition and sales execution to revenue operations and analytics,” CrossCountry CEO Neil Smith said in a statement. “Bringing DCS together with CrossCountry strengthens our ability to help clients transform their commercial operations end-to-end. Combined with our broader advisory capabilities and growing AI solutions, we’re creating a highly differentiated offering that helps clients move faster, operate more effectively, and create lasting value. This is especially meaningful for our private equity clients and their portfolio companies, where speed, execution, and value creation matter most.”
“Joining CrossCountry expands what we can offer our clients, bringing dedicated Salesforce advisory and implementation expertise to their broader set of finance, risk, and transaction services,” DCS managing director Erin Hatten said in a statement. “That intersection of capabilities, all grounded in the same expert-driven and people-first approach that defines our firm, is what excites us about this next chapter for our clients and our team.”
