AI agents are rapidly expanding across HR and employee experience technology solutions, with some analysts predicting a 45% annual growth in the market over the next five years.
The market is delivering evidence of this mounting trend, as the most recent batch of HR tech updates and announcements reflects an uptick in agentic AI resources for HR leaders.
For example, UKG launched UKG Bryte payroll AI agents for its UKG Pro and UKG Ready suites this week, introducing agents intended to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency for both enterprise and SMB clients.
UKG leaders say this is a reaction to what customers want. “This aligns with our vision to deliver agentic AI solutions that simplify complex processes and take on the myriad of highly repetitive, frequently repeated processes,” said Suresh Vittal, chief product officer at UKG.
Vittal says these agentic AI agents will boost employee productivity and organizational performance by allowing individuals to focus on the most impactful aspects of their roles.
