I think we have a unique value proposition that we provide for our team and allowing them to have unique career journeys, and it’s not a one size fits all approach them. And we have team members who are able to evolve in their careers and their own path, and that’s pretty fantastic. And on the client service side, the fact that we are focusing very specifically on family office and ultra high net worth families allows us to create something very unique and special in the industry. And ultimately, that too is going to allow us to win and stay relevant. So I would encourage firms and their respective teams to be willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn new skills every day. I think it’s extremely important the technology is evolving and innovation is evolving extremely fast and those who are not innovating and evolving will not survive.
