So we are unique in a number of ways. It’s interesting how we hit accounting today’s top 100 about four years ago as number 100 and we are 100% Cs and we only serve nonprofits. So back then we were in the category other, and now there is a CS category as a profession has recognized that this has been a major growth area, but it’s who we’ve always been. We are also unique in that we are hybrid, so we don’t have any return to work mandates. We work both in person, at our clients, but also remotely, which is very much appreciated by our staff. We are also growing organically and we have not done any acquisitions and we don’t have any plans to. So I think that makes us unique also. Then I’ll also add that our firm, we have about 800 people. We are 70% women and our leadership is also 70% women. So I think that’s what makes us unique.

I would say to have authenticity in your culture and for us that is woven completely into our purpose and our mission. So our purpose is to help build stronger nonprofits and our mission is to help as many nonprofits as possible, and that is very clear to our clients in the quality service that we do for them, and also how we attract and retain staff. It’s understood by all of us, it’s talked about all the time, and it’s truly our North star and it has led to what I believe is a huge part of our success. So that’s my advice to always be authentic and have that be a very big part of your culture.
