In 2025, the network achieved $1.01 billion in global fee income, representing 10% year-on-year growth, according to its Global Performance Report 2025. The network saw 6% organic growth last year and another 4% from eight new member firms joining the network during the year.

Russell Bedford reported growth across all regions, with especially strong increases in Africa (28%), Asia Pacific (21%) and the Middle East (18%), along with solid growth in Europe (8%), Latin America (7%) and North America (6%).

The fee split per service line globally was audit (24%), accounting (23%), tax (18%), advisory (8%) and other (27%). In North America, the fee split was tax (44%), audit (38%), accounting (13%), advisory (4%) and other (1%).

Russell Bedford now has over 11,000 professionals working across 396 offices in 105 countries. This past year, the network’s Annual Global Conference in Madrid saw record attendance.

“Surpassing US $1 billion in global revenues is a significant milestone for Russell Bedford,” said Russell Bedford International CEO Stephen Hamlet in a statement Tuesday. “Our network is built on connections and collaboration, centered around quality, and I take immense pride in the growth we have achieved together in recent years. We are seeing strong momentum across every region, highlighting increased demand for international professional services. This progress reflects the strength of our people and our shared commitment to excellence.”

Among the eight firms joining the network this past year were ones in Kuwait, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, and one new firm in the U.S., LCW CPAs in Boston.

“Operating in a context of intense competition, our distinction depends on two unwavering commitments: maintaining the highest professional standards and fostering teamwork across our member firms in more than 100 countries,” said Russell Bedford International chair Daniel Ryba in a statement. “These commitments have been the backbone of our resilience and progress this year, and it is extremely encouraging to see such strong growth and engagement across the network.”

As part of the Russell Bedford Cares initiative, the network supported the Patter Foundation, a community development project in Eastern Zambia that blends cultural heritage, sustainable architecture, and social empowerment, assisted by Russell Bedford member firms Amazon Associates in Zambia and Camphin Boston in Sydney, Australia. The network also supported WasteAid, a U.K.-based nongovernmental organization that collaborates with local communities and policymakers across Africa and Asia to deliver waste management and recycling programs.
