Regional Leader Abbott, Stringham & Lynch acquired San Jose, California-based ArightCo.

ArightCo provides finance, accounting and advisory solutions to businesses across the technology, software-as-a-service, IT, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. 

“We are thrilled to welcome the ArightCo team to ASL and to further enhance our client accounting services with outsourced finance and accounting solutions,” Deepa Bhat, managing principal at ASL, said in a statement. “By joining forces with ArightCo, we are expanding the breadth and depth of services we provide to our mutual clients, while advancing our shared commitment to delivering exceptional service and trusted advice.”

ASL, based in Campbell, California, is a Regional Leader in the West on Accounting Today‘s 2026 Top 100 Firms and Regional Leaders list. It reported $35.7 million in revenue, with 17 partners and over 110 employees.

The firm provides corporate and individual tax planning and compliance, assurance and accounting, estate and gift tax planning, litigation support, succession planning and valuation. It specializes in real estate, construction, technology, international, manufacturing and distribution, nonprofit organizations and renewable energy.

“This partnership allows us to further support our clients by offering expanded resources, deeper expertise and a broader range of services as their needs continue to evolve,” Sushama Chowdhury, cofounder of ArightCo, said in a statement.
