The Bonadio Group, a Top 50 Firm based in Pittsford, New York, is merging in Dalle Accounting and Cash Management Inc., a firm based in Albany, effective Sept. 8.
The deal will add about 20 new employees to Bonadio, including one partner. Bonadio has approximately 1,100 employees and 120 partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Bonadio Group earned around $205 million in annual revenue, while Dalle earned about $3.2 million. Bonadio ranked No. 41 on Accounting Today‘s 2025 list of the

Dalle was founded in 2006 in Watervliet, New York, and now has more than 500 clients.
