The deal expands the Top 50 Firm’s presence in Florida. BB&K adds 22 professionals to the team, and its managing partner, Donald Keyes, will join HBK as principal and market leader for the Tampa office.

The firm has made a number of acquisitions in the past few years. In 2025, it added
