McConnell Jones, the largest African American-owned CPA firm in the U.S., appointed William Taylor, Jr. to become its next managing partner at the conclusion of a two-year transition period.

Upon the completion of the transition, founder and current managing partner Wayne McConnell will assume the role of chairman.

Taylor currently serves as a tax partner. During the transition period, he will work with the firm’s leadership to take on expanded responsibilities. His focus will be on strategic growth, talent development, infrastructure expansion and consistent service to clients.
