The HR Tech Conference has opened nominations for the 2026 Top HR Products of the Year awards, inviting HR technology vendors to showcase their most innovative solutions.

This long-running program recognizes new, breakthrough products that are transforming how organizations manage their workforce.

Winners will be announced at the HR Tech Conference in October 2026 and featured in HR Executive‘s coverage of the award and event.

2026 Top HR Products of the Year: How to enter

Companies should submit detailed information about their product’s capabilities, innovation features and market impact. A panel of independent judges evaluates submissions based on innovation, functionality, ease of use and demonstrated value to HR organizations. Find out all the details about the nomination process here.

Last year’s winners, including Immersive Job Previews by Paradox, Eightfold AI Recruiter, Vee by Visier and Degreed Maestro, showcase the tech-driven side of HR: smarter hiring, personalized upskilling and data-driven workforce insights.
