On the move: Citrin Cooperman appoints next CFO

Lydia Brown

Lydia Brown was appointed chief financial officer at Citrin Cooperman, New York, succeeding Larry Diamond, who will retire after three years of serving as CFO. Brown joins Citrin Cooperman after most recently serving as chief financial officer for global consultancy HKA.

Teresa Halpin and Rodrick Lawlor were hired as tax directors, leading trade enforcement and advisory services, at KPMG, New York. 

Jane Brogan was hired as a director in the government and public sector advisory practice at CohnReznick, New York. 

The International Federation of Accountants, New York, appointed: Helene Agélii, Sweden, as chair of the Small and Medium Practices Advisory Group; Sinéad Donovan, Ireland, as chair of the International Panel on Accountancy Education; and Josephine Okui Ossiya, Uganda, as chair of the Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group.

Ernst & Young released a variety of reports: EY’s Center for Board Matters published “Cyber and AI oversight disclosures: what companies shared in 2025”; the firm released Global Responsible AI Pulse survey; and EY also issued its EY Americas Center for Board Matters 2025 Q3 audit committee update report.
