Carr, Riggs & Ingram launched a capital markets practice focused on IPO readiness, SEC reporting, PCAOB-compliant audit, and private equity accounting and advisory services for small-cap and middle-market companies. Brent Leslie was named partner-in-charge of the practice, which is based in New York City and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, while Michael Corkery, Elizabeth Marks and Joshua Hallett joined as partners and Jim Duffy oversees business development.
Jarrett Bluth was appointed office managing partner for the New York City office at CohnReznick, succeeding Jay Levy, who is retiring after seven years in the role.
