CrossCountry Consulting, McLean, is elevating current co-presidents Amy Bjarnason and Neil Smith to co-chief executive officers, effective June 15. Co-founder and current CEO Erik Linn will serve as executive chairman, where he will focus on strategy, partner recruiting and merger and acquisition initiatives. Smith will oversee the firm’s advisory practice while Bjarnason will also oversee operations.
Harvey Johnson, CEO at PBMares, was given a 2026 C-Suite Award from Virginia Business, which recognizes top executives from the state for their leadership, strategic vision and contributions to the organizations and their communities. Johnson has been CEO since 2020; prior to that, he served as a practice leader and helped establish the firm’s cybersecurity practice in 2016.
