Springline adds Cg Advisory | Accounting Today

Springline Advisory today acquired Cg Advisory, expanding the Top 100 Firm’s presence in the Northeast.

Cg is an advisory firm based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, with an additional office in Toms River, offering tax, forensic, valuation and health care advisory services. Its affiliated entity, Cg Healthcare Solutions, provides medical billing, consulting and revenue cycle management services. Cg is joining Springline, but will retain its own name.

“Cg brings an experienced leadership team, a strong workplace reputation and specialized expertise in health care and matrimonial forensic services,” Springline CEO Tim Brackney said in a statement. “This partnership expands our footprint in the Northeast and strengthens our ability to serve clients with depth and focus. We’re thrilled to welcome the Cg team to Springline and build on that momentum together.”

Springline Advisory, based in Dallas, ranked No. 54 on Accounting Today‘s 2026 Top 100 Firms list. It reported nearly $165 million in revenue, with 86 partners and over 770 total employees across 14 offices. 

Springline was created by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners in January 2024. The firm has since completed a number of acquisitions, adding Christy Paddock Advisors in January. It is one of the fastest-growing firms, with 87.6% growth in revenue last year. Earlier this month, Springline added SD Mayer Advisory in the San Francisco Bay area.
