The 2025 Best Firms for Young Accountants

Each year, Accounting Today and Best Companies Group recognize the 100 Best Firms to Work For in the U.S. — and then we pick the Best Firms for Young Accountants from among those, based on the responses of their younger staff to a comprehensive employee survey.

Meet the firms below, and learn more about what makes them so successful with younger accountants in our feature story.

All firms on the list are members of the 2025 class of the Best Firms to Work For; to qualify for the Best Firms for Young Accountants, they must have a minimum of 15 employees under age 30, regardless of firm size, while those with more than 150 employees must have a minimum of 10% of employees under 30. The response rate for those age 30 and under must be greater than or equal to 40% (80% for employers with fewer than 25). Finally, they must have an 80% average positive response for employees under age 30.
