Top HR Tech Products 2025: Submissions now open
ShareShareShareShareShare

A recent survey by HR Executive, What’s Keeping HR Up at Night?, highlights the growing responsibility that technology has become for HR leaders around the world. Notably, our survey found that HR technology surged from ninth place a year ago to second place among HR’s top challenges ahead.

Meanwhile, the rapid rise of AI is amplifying HR’s focus on technology—from new features in familiar platforms to cutting-edge solutions from innovative startups.

To evaluate the freshest innovations in the HR tech marketplace, HR Executive and the HR Tech conference have joined forces again this year to showcase and highlight new and innovative solutions via the annual Top HR Tech Products of the Year competition.

In 2024, 13 solutions were named a Top HR Tech Product, including Salt, Betterworks Talent Profiles and HireVue Find My Fit—see them all here. Selected from among these was the Excellence in HR Tech Innovation winner: Vee, a generative AI assistant from people analytics provider Visier.

Visier CEO Keith Bigelow accepted the award at HR Tech 2024, where he told HR Executive he was grateful to celebrate the moment alongside so many leading companies on the Expo floor. “It’s remarkable to see that even startups can compete through innovation,” said Bigelow. “Bootstrapped companies can still make a meaningful impact in this market.”

The submission phase is open now—all entries are due by Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

Eligibility and evaluation

To qualify, HR tools must have been developed within the past year and be widely available by September 2025. Entries will be judged based on their level of innovation, with an emphasis on how they introduce new approaches and deliver measurable results in the HR technology space.

  • Those on the shortlist must present a live, on-screen demonstration to the team of judges.
  • After the demos, up to 20 solutions will be named Top HR Products of the Year.
  • Final provider selections are expected to be completed in July 2025.

Recognition and entry details

  • The $150 entry fee must be paid at submission and is non-refundable.
  • All Top HR Products for 2025 will be recognized at HRExecutive.com and during HR Tech from Sept. 16-18, 2025, in Las Vegas.
