UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke with the country’s most senior business leaders on Thursday morning, after US President Trump announced a new wave of tariffs.
He said there will “clearly” be an economic impact from the decisions the US has taken, both in the UK and globally.
The PM told the leaders that the UK will keep a “clear head” in ongoing negotiations on a deal between the US and UK.
