As accounting firms scale to meet increasingly complex client needs, leadership structures can fragment across different roles, geographic offices and generations. The new platform, called CPA Leadership Group, is designed for Top 100 Firms to help firms create unified organizational structures in order to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Jason McKeever, practice leader for the learning and development team at Whitman Advisory, will join as president of the group.
