The solution is built with AI at its core with Wolters Kluwer’s Expert AI, the company’s proprietary set of generative and agentic AI models. It’s capable of converting data from CCH AnswerConnect to do things such as proactively identifying tax and financial advisory opportunities for a firm’s clients. Joel Morris, vice president and segment leader for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting, said in an email that instead of relying on user‑initiated queries, the solution automatically analyzes relevant information and presents a tailored list of high‑value opportunities.
“Think of it as preparing for a client meeting,” he said. “You simply open that client’s profile, and CCH Axcess Advisor provides an automatically generated set of advisory insights designed to help you better support that client.”
CCH Axcess Advisor also provides embedded tools and resources to support skills development and firm-wide adoption of advisory practices. Morris said this includes features such as guided workflows, educational videos and integrated research content to help employees who may be unfamiliar with a particular advisory area and need to ensure they are delivering the service accurately and confidently.
Early access to the solution is currently available for those in the Early Adopter Program. Morris said the commercial launch is scheduled for May 2026, following tax season.
