Additionally, the software automates content curation and pathway building based on individualized skills gaps, role needs and career goals. Employee learners get personalized and guided coaching, real‑world practice simulations and role‑play scenarios all powered by AI that is trained on the organization’s content and brand voice. We were impressed by Maestro’s use of AI to rapidly incorporate an organization’s proprietary information to create personalized development and coaching experiences for learners, allowing organizations to drive change and equip employees quickly and effectively.
