ShareShareShareShareShare

HR Tech 2025 announced its Las Vegas keynote lineup this week, featuring IBM Chief Human Resources Officer Nickle LaMoreaux on the opening day of the conference and renowned industry analyst Josh Bersin delivering the closing address.

LaMoreaux, also a senior vice president with IBM, will take the keynote stage on Sept. 16 to deliver a presentation titled HR Agents: Myths, Mayhem and Monumental Moments. The 2024 HR Executive of the Year will share insights from IBM’s digital transformation journey that began in 2017, implementing AI solutions and automation for the company’s 275,000-employee workforce. Her session will explore the strategic value of AI agents in enhancing employee experiences while addressing ethical considerations.

Bersin will speak on Sept. 18, presenting HR Technology Disrupted: AI Has Changed the Game. LaMoreaux and Bersin exemplify how HR can leverage AI to elevate people-first strategies, said Rebecca McKenna, senior vice president of brand and innovation of the organization behind the conference.

“Their thinking aligns with our ‘Be the Change‘ theme, enabling HR leaders to rethink what’s possible and move from reacting to actively shaping what’s next for their organizations,” McKenna said. Both keynoters were also named to HR Executive‘s most recent list of Top 100 HR Tech Influencers.

In addition, the conference will feature several special and new events, including the Women in HR Tech Summit, Startup Pavilion, Pitchfest competition, a pre-conference HR Executive Strategy Summit on Sept. 15 and the inaugural HR Icons Awards Evening. Registration information is available on the official HR Tech conference website.
